At US Ghost Adventures, we want to ensure your paranormal investigations are supported by high-quality gear; if your equipment is defective or fails to meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your electronic gear.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all sensors, cables, and documentation to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
